Beginning with Gary Young’s first efforts on a quarter acre lot, quality has been an integral part of Young Living’s operations. More than 20 years later, Young Living owns and operates four botanical farms in France, Ecuador, and the United States. These farms provide an ongoing source for oils that are in critically short supply around the world.

Today, Gary Young oversees the cultivation of rare oils at Young Living Essential Oils’ newest farm, Finca Botanica Aromatica, in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Here Gary searches for new discoveries in natural plant remedies and partners with indigenous tribes and local governments to foster a global community of healing and discovery and bring new essential oils to the world.
