Job Title: Customer Care Representatives-Spanish Speaking- Part Time
Department: Customer Care Department (CCD)- Lehi Corporate Office
Reports To: CCD Team Leaders and Managers
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary:
Assists English and Spanish-speaking customers with their customer service needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests from Spanish and English speaking Distributors.
• Process customer requests according to established department policies and procedures.
• Translate marketing materials from English to Spanish.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
• Identify and solve order problems.
• Keep an accurate log of phone calls.
• Ensure no OTG products are sent out on foreign orders.
• Speaks and writes English and Business Spanish clearly.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems and Word Processing software.
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Must read and write fluently in Spanish. Must have excellent product and compensation plan knowledge.
