(Coriandrum sativum) has a sweet, warm, herbaceous fragrance that has soothing and calming properties. It is relaxing when used in post-exercise massage. The herb is often used in cooking. Coriander has an approximate ORAC of 2,982,996 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per litre.
