(Ocimum basilicum) has a strong, spicy aroma that is invigorating to both body and spirit. Used topically, it can help refresh the mind and restore alertness during times of fatigue. It is relaxing when used in post-exercise massage. Basil has an approximate ORAC of 540,024 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per litre.

For aromatic and topical use. Refer to the "How to Use' brochure and label. Apply to tip of nose, on temples and on location of stings and bites. For fatigue, inhale first, and then apply to crown of head, forehead, heart and navel.
