Essential Rewards FAQ

What is Essential Rewards?

Essential Rewards is a monthly order, processed on the same day of every month. For example, if you place your first order on October 1, all your future Essential Rewards orders will be processed on the first day of each month.

What are the benefits of Essential Rewards?

Essential Rewards makes ordering Young Living products easy! Essential Rewards orders contain a free training CD and/or DVD to help you learn more about natural health and wellbeing. Wholesale Members on Essential Rewards can qualify for special bonuses, and an Essential Rewards enrollment ensures that you qualify at the minimum rank in the compensation plan— no forgetting to place a qualifying order.

What can I order on Essential Rewards?

You can order anything you like on Essential Rewards! Young Living has a great range of everyday household goods such as toothpaste, mouthwash, skincare, body care, hair care, household cleaners, and more things you would normally buy every month at your local supermarket. You can also order your health supplements such as NingXia Red® Omega Blue, or pick and choose from our range of therapeutic-grade essential oils to complete your collection.

Do I receive the same products each month?

If you make no changes to your Essential Rewards order, you will receive the same product order each month.

What if I want to order different products?

Once you have signed up to Essential Rewards, you can make changes to your order by phoning or faxing Customer Service at least 4 days before your Essential Rewards order is due to be processed. For example, if your order is due to be processed on October 1, and you want to change your order from Thieves to NingXia Red, you will have to notify Customer Service no later than the 27th of September.

Can I change my Essential Rewards online?

Yes, you can. The easiest way to change your Essential Rewards order is to simply log-in to your virtual office, and click the link on the left-hand side that says 'Update my Essential Rewards'. Be sure to do this at least one day before your Essential Rewards order is processed otherwise your order will remain the same as the previous month.

How much do I need to spend each month?

Essential Rewards orders require a minimum monthly spend of 50 PV. Each product in our price list has an assigned PV (Personal Volume) value. You can order anything you like as long as the total PV is at least 50. And as an added bonus, every month you will earn reward points on your order!

What are reward points?

You earn reward points when you are on Essential Rewards; 1 reward point is redeemable for 1 PV of product. For the first 6 months when you are enrolled in Essential Rewards and receive your regular monthly order, you earn 10% on the total PV of your monthly order. For example, if your monthly order is 50 PV, you will earn 5 reward points each month for the first 6 months. If you stay enrolled for 7–12 months, you will earn 15% on the total PV of your monthly order. If you stay enrolled for 13+ months, you will earn 20% on the total PV of your monthly order. The best part is you can redeem your reward points on your favourite Young Living products!

How do I redeem my reward points?

After being enrolled in Essential Rewards for 2 months, you may redeem your reward points. To redeem your reward points, simply phone Customer Service and say that you would like to place a reward points order. All you pay for is shipping!

Do my reward points expire?

Your reward points do not expire unless you cancel your Essential Rewards. If you cancel your Essential Rewards, your points will be void.

How many reward points do I have?

You can easily check your total reward points in your virtual office. When you log-in, you will see your 'Essential Rewards Points total' highlighted in a green box on the home page of your virtual office. You can also check your balance by phoning Customer Service.

Can I cancel my Essential Rewards?

Yes, at any time. For security purposes, this cannot be done on the website. Cancelling Essential Rewards must be done by phone only.

Can I change the date of my Essential Rewards?

Yes, you can. Simply go to your virtual office and click 'Update my Essential Rewards' and follow the prompts. You can also phone, fax, or e-mail Customer Service.

Sounds great! How do I sign up?

Joining Essential Rewards is easy. Simply complete our order form, including the necessary Essential Rewards details, then fax or post it to us. Once we receive the form, we will enrol you in Essential Rewards. The form is necessary so that we have your authorisation to charge your chosen payment method each month.

How do I pay for my Essential Rewards order?

Essential Rewards are automatic orders, so automatic payment methods are required. Accepted are Visa and MasterCard credit cards or Direct Debit from your nominated bank account. If you select Direct Debit, the Direct Debit Agreement form also needs to be completed and sent with the order form.
